Cancellation Policy

Any modifications or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we might not be able to accommodate your request since the order may already be in processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

  • You have a 30‑day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

  • We don’t issue refunds for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse.

  • If you return a non‑approved item (e.g., outside the 30‑day window or not in original condition), we reserve the right to apply up to a 25% restocking fee.

  • To initiate a return, email us at contact@brunalie.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by us before shipping.

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • Include your order number and shipping name in your return package to ensure prompt processing.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

  • After receiving your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect it.

  • If the item passes inspection, refunds may take up to 40 business days from the confirmation date.

  • All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) under the original transaction amount. Customers are responsible for any foreign currency fees or exchange‑rate fluctuations.

Product Concerns

We are committed to product safety. Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines. Improper use may cause damage or injury, and any resulting refunds or replacements are at our discretion. If you experience discomfort or an issue while using our product, discontinue its use immediately and contact us at contact@brunalie.com. We will assist you promptly.

Damaged Items

  • We take care to package items securely, but an item is considered damaged only if it arrives defective or physically broken.

  • Cosmetic issues to shipping packaging (e.g., dented box) do not qualify if the product itself is fine.

  • If your item arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@brunalie.com with a clear photo of the damage.

  • We will evaluate the issue and determine eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver promptly, but cannot be held responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or other factors beyond our control. For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.
